Engineered TruCost (ETC)

Methods Workshop has launched a new generation of software called ETC 8.0 that sets a higher standard for the sewn products industry.  The new ETC 8.0 software has changed the concept of predictive labor / style costing and elevates the creation of labor standards to a new plateau.  ETC 8.0 is the new benchmark for labor costing systems, yet is a affordable for any size company.

GAD - General Assembly Data

GAD is the sister system to ETC and is the leading methods management system specifically designed for use by any company where assembly forms a major part of repetitive production. GAD represents a unique solution for production estimating, costing, and planning in any assembly-based industry.

Methods Workshop MTM – Methods Time Measurement to the assembly industry to provide a consistent, accurate, easy-to-understand methods analysis and time determination techniques. GAD is capable of coping with the extensive range of operations involved in the assembly of any item.

Using the unique information available from the database, the operator is able to specify all types of assembly operations. The scope for use within assembly includes: location of part; use of tools, both manual and power; examination and packing. Provision is made in the system for factors such as rest, relaxation, fatigue, and contingency allowances. These are not preset and are left to the discretion of individual companies.
